DIY Face Scrub Using Candy Flavoring

I've always wanted to make those cool scented body scrubs, but the special fragrance oils you need, can only be purchased online. (For me at least, I live in a rural area!) So when I found out you could use Loranns candy flavoring oil, to make skincare products...it was off to the races for me! There are dozens and dozens of flavors. Just off the top of my head: bubble gum, cotton candy, marshmallow, fruit punch. Any scent you can think of, they have it. Usually right at the grocery store. If you live near me (in the North Country) the North Country Store in Philadelphia NY has a ton of flavors! For $2.29 each. Walmart also carries a few flavors.

Supplies:

•1/2 Cup Sugar

•3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil/Olive Oil

•1 dram Loranns Flavoring Oil

Directions:

•If your using coconut oil, melt in microwave till liquid. (About 30 seconds) If your using olive oil, use as is.

•Pour the oil and 1 bottle (or dram) of Loranns flavoring oil into a mixing bowl and mix till completely blended.

•Add 1/2 cup of sugar to start. From there you can add more to make a more dry scrub, or less to make a more liquid scrub.
